Refund/Cancellation Policy

These refund and cancellation terms (“Policy”) apply to all services booked through Senior Concierge Las Vegas (the “Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By engaging our services or booking a consultation, you agree to these terms.
1. Service Nature & Disclaimer

Because our services are non-medical, personalized, and often scheduled in advance, once work begins or a time slot is reserved, full refunds may not always be possible.

We strive for your satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied, please contact us promptly to see how we can address your concerns (correction, adjustment, or refund).
2. Cancellation by Client

You may cancel or reschedule a booked service or consultation by notifying us at least 48 hours before the scheduled time, with no cancellation fee.

If a cancellation or reschedule request is made less than 48 hours before the appointment, a cancellation fee of 10% of the booked service cost may apply.

If you do not show up (no-show) without notice, the full service fee may be forfeited (no refund).
3. Refunds & Adjustments

If you request a refund (or adjustment) within 14 days after service completion, we will review the issue. If the complaint is valid and arises from our error, we may provide a partial or full refund, or offer additional service at no extra cost.

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7 business days after approval.

We reserve the right to deny a refund if:

The request is made after the 14-day window,

The service has been fully delivered without issue,

You have violated any terms of our agreement.

4. Modifications to Booked Service

If you request changes to service scope or timing after booking, we will attempt to accommodate, subject to availability.

Significant modifications may cause a price adjustment or require a new booking.
5. Refund Exceptions / Non-Refundable Services

Some services (e.g. prepaid planning packages, block hours of concierge support) may be non-refundable once initiated — we will clearly indicate this at booking.

Any fees paid for third-party costs (e.g. venue deposits, vendor fees) are non-refundable if non-recoverable.

Digital materials or resources delivered immediately may also be non-refundable once accessed.
6. Dispute & Good Faith Effort
We commit to resolving disputes amicably. If you believe a refund was denied unfairly, please contact us with details. We will review in good faith and respond within 5 business days.
7. Governing Law
This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
